Fablecurl is a storybook font with soft, round strokes and little curls that spin out of the letters like vines in an enchanted wood. It reads like the first line of a fairy tale: warm, friendly and a bit magical.

The curls stay on the outside of the letters, so the shapes remain simple and readable for children and grown-ups alike. Fablecurl is a fairy tale font for picture books, cozy games and birthday parties, with enough weight to work as a logo.

Tips for Storybook Titles

1. Use it big and short. Two to five words on a cover or logo; for longer text the curls start to compete with each other.
2. Let the curls breathe. Leave some empty space around the title, especially on the left and right ends where the swashes reach out.
3. Warm colors work well: teal, berry red, honey gold. The round strokes stay readable even on busy illustrated backgrounds.
