1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pixarts.store website, digital library, and services ("Pixarts", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use our platform.

2. Our Services & Storefront

Pixarts Store operates as a curated digital storefront and publisher of premium game development assets, 2D graphics, UI kits, and design tools. All content is developed in-house or sourced by our dedicated design team.

Your billing relationship and transaction processing are securely handled by our authorized Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), who acts as the official reseller of the digital products available on Pixarts Store. Consequently, all payment-related inquiries, tax collection (VAT), and invoicing are managed by Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase on this platform, you also agree to the Lemon Squeezy Terms of Service.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and make purchases.
  • You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, terms violations, or security risks.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Pixarts Store, you agree NOT to:

  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or spiders to extract data, assets, images, or pricing information.
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures, paywalls, or access restricted areas of the platform.
  • Share your account credentials or direct download links with third parties.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Purchasing or downloading an asset from Pixarts Store does not grant you ownership of the copyright. Instead, it grants you a specific, non-exclusive license to use the asset in your projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the raw asset files under any circumstances. 6. Refund Policy & EU Digital Goods Directive

Because Pixarts Store offers instantly downloadable digital goods, standard return rights are restricted. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws regarding digital content, by proceeding with a download, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, we stand behind the quality of our files. We may issue a refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase ONLY if:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or technically defective, and our support team cannot provide a working replacement.
  • The asset is grossly misrepresented in its description or preview images.

Refunds are not granted for "change of mind", lack of expertise, or if you simply lack the correct software to open standard industry formats (e.g., buying a .PSD file without having Photoshop installed).

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixarts Store provides the platform and assets on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the assets will be perfectly compatible with every software version or game engine. We are not responsible for any copyright claims arising from your improper use of assets marked under the "Editorial License".

FINANCIAL CAP: In no event shall Pixarts Store, its owners, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, data, or project delays) arising from your use of the platform or the assets. Our total maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of our services or products shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific asset in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. If you are an EU consumer, you additionally benefit from any mandatory protective provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
