Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of these License Terms:
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Country refers to Poland.
Item / Product means digital asset that is possible to purchase on our Website.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Pixarts.store - Digital Marketplace, accessible from https://pixarts.store
Author means seller that uploaded the product to our marketplace.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
License
You can use any product for commercial and personal projects with almost no restrictions.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. After purchase you have an non-exclusive royalty-free license to use the product.
Proof of license is a receipt or invoice which you should download immediately after purchase as it may expire at some point.
What's allowed:
You can make any necessary modifications or combine the Item with other assets.
You can use the Item in multiple personal & commercial projects, without any limits.
What's not allowed:
You can't re-sell, share, publish or re-distribute any product or service.
You can't sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without our approval.
Copyrighted demonstration materials
Products may contain copyright materials (like characters, backgrounds, elements) in source files or preview images, they were used only for demonstration purpose and are not included in the license (we always take care to communicate that clearly in product description).
